Patient Service Associate/ Front Desk/ Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
-
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.

Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, and scheduling accurately and promptly.

Handle admission, transfer, and discharge processes in line with hospital procedures.
-
Verify patient personal particulars, insurance details, and ensure all required documentation is complete.
-
Process billing, collect payments, and issue receipts accurately.
-
Provide patients and visitors with information on hospital services, procedures, and waiting times.
-
Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
-
Handle patient enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
-
Assist with administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
-
Support hospital initiatives related to patient experience, service excellence, and quality improvement.
-
Perform duties in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.

Job Requirements:
-
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
-
Prior experience in hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
-
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages/dialects an advantage).
-
Computer literate with knowledge of hospital information systems preferred.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality service.
-
Willing to work on rotation shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Senior/ Nurse Manage
​
Job Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring staff are trained, competent, and motivated.
-
Oversee all aspects of surgical nursing, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care (for OT).
-
Oversee chemotherapy administration, patient care, and supportive oncology services (for Oncology).
-
Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other medical staff to ensure efficient surgical workflow (for OT).
-
Collaborate with oncologists, medical staff, and management to optimize patient care pathways (for Oncology).
-
Develop, implement, and maintain nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices.
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
-
Manage nursing schedules, resources, and departmental budget.
-
Participate in patient education, counselling, and awareness programs.

Job Requirements:
-
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Malaysian Nursing Council license.
-
Minimum 5-8 years of oncology/ OT nursing experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols, oncology patient care, and safety standards (for oncology).
-
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, OT protocols, and infection control practices (for OT).
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to establish and maintain clinical protocols in a new setup environment.

Passionate about patient care and team development.
