CSSD Technician (Central Sterile Services Department)

Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, and disinfect used surgical instruments.

• Inspect instruments for damage or wear and tear.

• Assemble and wrap surgical sets according to standardized lists.

• Operate and monitor steam sterilizers (autoclaves) and other equipment.

• Distribute sterile supplies to the OT and clinical departments.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.

• Handle admission, transfer, and discharge processes in line with hospital procedures.

• Verify patient personal particulars, insurance details, and ensure all required documentation is complete.

Senior/ Accounts Executive

​

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and data entry.

• Assist in month-end closing tasks and preparation of financial reports/schedules.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.

• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and payments.

• Assist with SST submissions, audit schedules, and liaison with external auditors or tax agents.

• Support intercompany billing and simple reconciliations if required.

• Assist HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Provide general administrative support to HR and management when required.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting.

• Experience in Singapore accounting (GST, reporting, or payroll exposure) is an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of HR processes will be beneficial (training provided).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multi-task.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.​​​​
